Athlete X Management (AXM) Policy

AXM is Athlete X Management LLP, Registered Office: Plot No. 7, Pocket B,
Sector 17 Dwarka, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, India. Rights & Permissions /

(Subject: “AXM Rights & Permissions”).
AXM Content: all text, images, photographs, graphics, video, audio, logos, page layouts, data, designs, documents, press kits, templates, code, and compilations made available by AXM.
Athlete Likeness: athlete’s name, image, photograph, video, audio/voice, signature, initials, jersey number, biographical data, social handles, and other personal identifiers.
Site: AXM-controlled websites and official pages/channels.
Except where expressly stated, AXM (or its licensors/partners) owns all
rights, title, and interest in the AXM Content and the Site, including
copyrights, database rights, performer rights, neighbouring rights, designs,
and trade marks (including “Athlete X Management”, “AXM” and associated
logos). All rights are reserved. No rights are granted except as set out
below.
Subject to strict compliance with this Policy, AXM grants a revocable,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view public
pages of the Site and share links/URLs for non-commercial purposes only. You
may not copy, download, reproduce, adapt, translate, create derivative
works, publicly display, perform, transmit, mirror, scrape, or archive AXM
Content without prior written permission (see §11).
AXM manages Athlete Likeness under exclusive or delegated authority. Any use
of Athlete Likeness—including editorial, educational, CSR or
commercial—requires AXM’s prior written consent and any additional consents
mandated by law, brands, federations, venues or events. You must not (i)
imply or state endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial association by AXM or
any athlete; (ii) use Athlete Likeness in advertising, promotions, or paid
media; (iii) edit or repurpose AXM assets featuring athletes, without a
signed licence.
Logos, trade marks, toolkits and other assets supplied by brands,
federations, venues, and production partners remain their property and are
used by AXM under contract. No third party may reuse or extract such
materials from AXM channels. Where co-branded, the more restrictive rights
regime applies.
Embedding AXM posts (e.g., YouTube/Instagram/X) is permitted only via the
platform’s native embed tools, unaltered, and for editorial/non-commercial
context. Download-and-reupload is prohibited. You must preserve captions,
accessibility features (e.g., ALT text), and credit lines.
You must not: remove watermarks or copyright notices; use bots, crawlers,
scrapers, or similar tools to collect, index, or harvest AXM Content, data,
or emails; mine, label, or otherwise use AXM Content for AI/ML training,
model fine-tuning, dataset creation, or synthetic media; use deepfakes or
synthetic media to imitate any Athlete Likeness; frame, mirror, or create a
confusingly similar site; use meta-tags, hidden text, or code referencing
AXM marks.
If you send AXM any content (e.g., testimonials, images, suggestions), you
warrant that you own it or have authority to share it and grant AXM a
worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt,
publish, display, and distribute it for operational purposes (moderation,
display, safety, archiving). Mark any confidential material clearly; AXM
must separately agree in writing to confidentiality for it to bind us.
AXM strives for accessibility-by-design and responsible storytelling,
particularly in para-sport. We may remove or edit content that risks
dignity, consent, confidentiality, or safety. Personal data is handled under
our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (incl. India’s DPDP Act and, where
relevant, UK GDPR).
For editorial, educational, or commercial use of any AXM Content or Athlete
Likeness, email office@axmindia.com
with asset links, channels, geography, duration, audience size, and whether
paid media is contemplated. No licence is granted unless you receive a
written AXM licence (fees/credits may apply). AXM may impose conditions
(brand safety, #ad/ASCI compliance, Equality Act-aligned accessibility,
approvals, kill-switch rights).
Send notices to office@axmindia.com
(Subject: “AXM Takedown Request – [Name/Organisation]”) and include: (i)
your full contact details; (ii) exact URLs and screenshots; (iii) the basis
(copyright, privacy, trade mark, defamation, consent); (iv) proof of
ownership/authority; (v) statements of good faith and accuracy. AXM may
remove, restrict, or replace content during review. AXM may request
additional information to verify your claim.
Where AXM provides approved assets, you must credit as instructed (e.g., “©
Athlete X Management LLP / Athlete name / Photographer”), keep metadata
intact, and avoid misleading context. Failure to comply voids the licence.
AXM Content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any
kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or
non-infringement. AXM does not warrant that the Site or Content will be
uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXM is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost
profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to your
use of AXM Content, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AXM, its partners,
athletes, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses,
liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
arising out of your (i) use of AXM Content; (ii) use of Athlete Likeness;
(iii) violation of this Policy or any law; (iv) infringement or
misappropriation of third-party rights.
You acknowledge that unauthorised use of AXM Content or Athlete Likeness may
cause irreparable harm and monetary damages may be inadequate. AXM is
entitled to immediate injunctive relief and other equitable remedies,
without bond, in any jurisdiction.
AXM may monitor use of AXM Content, request information to confirm
compliance, and require removal or correction. AXM may suspend access, block
IPs, and pursue civil/criminal remedies.
AXM may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected
by an updated Effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance.
This Policy is governed by Indian law; courts/tribunals at New Delhi have
exclusive jurisdiction. Where content or use specifically targets the UK,
laws of England and Wales may also apply, and proceedings may be brought in
the courts of England and Wales for appropriate matters.
If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed
without affecting the remainder. AXM’s failure to enforce any provision is
not a waiver.
Allowed without permission
- Viewing public pages; sharing links/URLs to AXM pages.
- Embedding AXM posts via native platform embeds for non-commercial editorial context (unaltered).
Requires written AXM licence
- Any commercial use; endorsements; paid media/whitelisting.
- Use in decks, websites, CSR/ESG reports; any use of Athlete Likeness; reproduction outside native embeds; educational use beyond brief citation.
Strictly prohibited
- Scraping, dataset creation, or AI/ML training using AXM Content.
- Deepfakes/synthetic media of athletes.
- Removing watermarks/credits; download-and-reupload; framing/mirroring.
